Identify the key disconnects
Learn and practice strategies to bridge the cultural gaps, improve relationships, and enhance productivity
The workshop will explore cultural differences in the following areas:
Communication style (giving feedback, disagreeing, saying ‘no’, the meaning of ‘yes’)
Management styles
Attitudes toward risk-taking
Concepts of rank and status
Concept of the team and teamwork, team-building
Decision-making
Great class! A must for those who work internationally.
The overall experience totally helps me understand things I had never realized. I’m astonished.
Fabulous class, game changing class content. I cannot say enough positive things about this class, the instructor and the content.
Best and most needed class I have EVER attended at Microsoft!
Awesome class! This class should be mandatory for anyone who works with anyone from other international locations. I feel I will be better able to handle those interactions in the future and better at avoiding misunderstandings.
